ROCHESTER, NY — July 9, 2026 — The Irondequoit Chamber of Commerce is proud to host its highly anticipated Grapes & Gratitude charity wine tasting event on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Vine and Tap Wine Bar, located at 4768 Lake Ave. The evening promises an exceptional blend of local networking, fine wine education, and community philanthropy, directly spotlighting and supporting eight vital non-profit organizations from the Irondequoit and Greater Rochester areas.
The event, hosted by the Irondequoit Chamber of Commerce and generously sponsored by Mike Meli at Mega IT, serves a crucial mission: honoring regional non-profit organizations and amplifying their localized community work.
Doors open at 5:30 PM for an initial half-hour of open networking with fellow business professionals, community leaders and guests before the program begins. The structured wine tasting begins promptly at 6:00 PM. In an innovative twist to traditional fundraisers, each curated wine tasting segment will feature a brief introduction to the wine, followed by a spotlight on one of the evening’s featured non-profit organizations.
To create an interactive environment and encourage guest traffic, participating non-profit organizations will host customized display tables equipped with direct QR-code donation links. Select organizations will also collect specific physical donation items which can be found on the event registration page. For every donation made by a guest, they will receive a raffle ticket to win a prize at the conclusion of the evening.

Following the tasting, the event will conclude with raffle prize drawings and extended time for attendees to connect with local businesses, donors, and charity representatives.
