Executive Officers


Brighid Simonds | President: 

Brighid brings 15 years of banking and financial services, while leading strategic initiatives to promote economic growth, regional collaboration and supporting local businesses. Under Brighid’s leadership, the Chamber has grown its membership by 50% in 2025. Brighid served as the Vice President of the Chamber from 2021-2025. She is known for her dynamic leadership and community-first approach. Brighid is Vice President of Retail Banking and Branch Manager for NBT Bank. She is also a recent graduate of the Leadership Rochester Signature Program.  Brighid also Chairs the Chamber's Membership Committee. 



Nicole Genier | Vice President: 

Nicole is dedicated to fostering the ongoing growth of both local businesses and the broader community through her work with the Irondequoit Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about exploring new and innovative ways to support, empower and provide valuable resources to Chamber Members and neighborhood partners. Nicole is an advisor for J.T. Genier Security, Inc., a family-owned business that has proudly served Irondequoit for over 30 years while also serving as the Director of Growth Compensation at Bright Horizons.  Nicole Chairs both the Joe Genier Memorial Student Scholarships and the J. Genier Charity Mini Golf Tournament each year.



Alice Willis | Treasurer & Past President:

Alice is a prominent business professional and community leader in the Rochester/Irondequoit area, widely recognized for her leadership with the Irondequoit Chamber of Commerce and her work in the payroll industry where she is a Workforce Management Consultant at Encompass Employment Management. When her Presidential term came to an end, Alice jumped right back in to the Executive Board both as Past President and Treasurer. She also Chairs the Annual Awards Committee.  Beyond her corporate and continued Chamber leadership, she is highly active in multiple civic and community groups and is the founding Race Director of the Rochester Triathlon and co-founded the Rochester Youth Triathlon.
