  • This is for those who want to sponsor but who cannot attend the event.
  • Scholarship winners receive a free meal along with up to one guest.

HELP A STUDENT

DREAM BIG  


Each year the Irondequoit Chamber of Commerce collects money from local donors to award a graduating student from each of the three local high schools with a scholarship.  Started by the late Judge and Chamber Board member, Joe Genier, a graduating student majoring in business or plans for entrepreneurship is nominated by each administration to receive this annual award.  


We will present the scholarships to each student at our Annual Scholarship Luncheon:

Tuesday, May 13th, 2025

Chapel Oaks

1550 Portland Ave.

11:30am – 1:00pm

We hope you will consider making a donation to the Joe Genier Memorial Scholarship as well as attend our luncheon.  As a business owner of today you can help shape the leaders of tomorrow.
