  Award winners should use this registration for themselves one other guest-total 2 tickets. Registration includes a buffet dinner.
• Dinner Registration (Member) – $55.00
  This registration type is for ICC members only and includes a buffet dinner.
• Dinner Registration (Non-Member) – $65.00
  This registration is for all guests who are not current ICC members and includes a buffet dinner.
• Person of the Year Guest Registration – $55.00
  You must have a code in order to use this registration type

  !This includes dinner, there is no need to select a Dinner Registration option when selecting this option! You may add up to 3 guests at a discounted rate of $45 per guest.
