If you are not the owner, who owns the business? I am self employed with Empire Realty Group.

How many years have you been doing this?  46 years.

What type of services do you offer? Real estate sales, buying and selling.

What made you choose this business, to be in real estate? Divorce and a chance to help people achieve their dream of homeownership.

Why do you love Irondequoit for your business’s home?:  It’s a community I have lived in for over 55 years, and I love the residents, the comfort of being in a community so rich in history and the convenience in living here.  I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

What do you want potential clients to know about your business? I have been in business over 46 years and I pride myself in my repeat business and referrals that I have, it tells me I did the job and made many families happy.  There is nothing like seeing someone achieve home ownership, it's pure joy.

What community service has your business been involved in?  What organizations do you support/donate to?: Angels of Mercy, supporting women, Monroe #1 Boces, I'm an ICC Board Member representing East Irondequoit, and Ronald McDonald House distributing snacks to residents.

Throughout her career, Nancy has been recognized for her excellence in serving clients. In addition to earning several industry awards, she holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. This is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers, representing a selective mix of advanced training and high-volume transaction experience.
