It’s finally time to give a long-overdue spotlight to Chick-fil-A Irondequoit and the Kaser family as our Featured Business. When we caught up with owner-operator Bill Kaser, we discovered a mission rooted in a beautiful family legacy. Raised by educators, Bill carries his parents’ heart for mentorship into his work every day, viewing his franchise not just as a business, but as a space to inspire and uplift. Through his leadership, he has cultivated a team dedicated to truly pouring into the young adults of Irondequoit and our neighboring communities.
The Kasers have been steadfast pillars of our Chamber since the day they opened, always leading with generosity through their constant support of our local philanthropic efforts. Their commitment to excellence is visible the moment you arrive; they were honored with our Site Beautification Award in 2022, and their space remains a pristine, welcoming landmark in our town.
To learn more about the Kaser family’s heart for service and the wonderful events they host, please enjoy our featured Q&A with Bill Kaser:

How did your business come about? What made you choose to open your business? Always had a passion for starting a business with my wife and family in the area we grew up in, Rochester, NY. Chick-fil-A is a great partner that enables us a large platform to impact the community and provide opportunities to our 125+ Team Members.
Why choose Irondequoit for your business’ home? Grew up 5 miles from the store in the city of Rochester. Spent much of my childhood in the Town of Irondequoit and love the diversity of the community. Hoping to help drive continued growth in the area.

One of our key partnerships is working with Primetime585. We also support their free basketball camp in the summer, providing free meals for all of the boys and girls one day during the week.
At the restaurant, we recognize and honor first responders by providing a 50% discount at all times for their meals.
We are proud to invest in our Team Members, helping make them better contributors to the community. We fund free driving lessons for any Team Member in the restaurant, offer college scholarships, tuition discounts, and support leadership development.
